1989 Volkswagen Golf Rallye.

Having owned and enjoyed this car for the last four years, the time has come to sadly part with it.

With only 5000 examples built for Group A Homologation purposes. This particular car was built by the factory on 29th June 1989 and supplied to Germany, being imported in to the United Kingdom in 1998

In lovely condition, both cosmetically and mechanically this un-moltested Rally is completely standard.

Prior to my ownership the car has had a light restoration.

In 2019 the Supercharger was refurbished by Jabba Sport

In my first year of ownership the headlining was replaced due to slight sagging.

Water Pump

Prob Shaft Bushes & Bearings

Original VW Golf Rallye Exhaust fitted

Full service using RedLine synthetic lubricants inc gearbox and differentials.

In Tank Fuel pump

Fitted with a Blupunkt period radio cassette that has been converted to BlueTooth so you can stream from your mobile device and use as a hand free.

The interior has the original Recaro electric seats and even the original VW rubber mats.

Current MOT until 30/ 05/ 2026
