Dating from 1969, this Beetle 1300 is finished in Diamond Blue which displays a gentle patina consistent with its age, one or two panels presenting with slightly flatter paintwork

Classic Beetle functional interior in body colour with black leatherette seating, all in good order and well presented

Powered by a 1,285cc air-cooled, flat-four engine offering 50bhp fed through a 4-speed manual gearbox

Remaining close to original specification with no major modifications reported and retaining the character and charm of a late 1960s Beetle

Sold new by Frank Senior Ltd of Wakefield in November 1969 to its first keeper, a local lady, for £825.
