This is one of the last of the R107’s, a sought after 1989 car, these later cars were better protected.

Finished in Nautic Blue, the paintwork and bodywork are in superb condition.

This SL benefits from a full service history all presented in a lovely folder, along with original, fully stamped service book, original manuals, 2 keys etc.

This car has been looked after by Mercedes or Mercedes Specialists, serviced at the following mileages – 936, 5709, 13,158, 17,893, 25,395, 30,292, 35,051 39,388, 45,143, 47,731, 48,626, 64,770, 64,993, 65,811.

This SL 500 drives and performs very well, this is how a properly maintained SL should drive.

The steering is nice and tight, suspension all good, engine smooth hot or cold, gearbox very responsive.

Hard top in excellent condition as is the Blue convertible roof.

This is a really original example, that was carefully sourced for a collection, always professionally stored when not in use.

The last service was a full service, including new brakes all round, engine and gearbox oil service by Mercedes specialist Lymington Motors in London.
