Last service was the big 12 year service which is the most comprehensive for any 981. This included - Oil, Oil Filter, Air Filter, Pollen Filter, Brake Fluid, Spark Plugs, Aux Belt, PDK Service, Tensioner and minor exhaust work.

As you can imagine with the recent bill this car is mechanically fantastic and drives extremely well! I purchased it from the original owner with a view to bringing it up to a similar standard cosmetically. Sadly whilst it had been looked after extremely well servicing wise it has been neglected slightly from a bodywork standpoint and shows the usual wear from a daily driven 12 year old car. It doesn’t appear to show any signs of previous paint or accident damage.

Tyres are all 4mm+ and Pirelli date stamped 2022.

Bad points include:

All 4 wheels need refurbishment

Small paint damage to OSF bumper near to lower grill

Small kerb scratch on NSF lower bumper

Minor scratching to OSR bumper

3/4 Car Park Dings

Headlining has sagged and is currently held up by a few small screws, I had planned to retrim this.

Door cards are lifting on each side, typical 981 thing and need reglueing!

Usual stone chips, minor scratches etc to be expect with age. This is a daily used car, not a cherished garage queen!

Advisory for light misting of oil on NSR shock.

Overall I think this is a lovely honest 981 Cayman which would be a great daily driver or for minimal spend could be bought back up to spec easily! Sadly with all good intentions in mind the car has sat in my storage for a few weeks and hasn’t made it to the top of my priorities. I have enjoyed a few nice summer drives but realistically I would rather have the money in the bank than leave it sat over winter, hence the sale!
