Extensive restoration completed Desirable colour combination Offered with desirable registration number 'PUB 131D' This wonderful 1966 Volkswagen Type 2 21 Window Samba Bus was built in 1966 and was imported and first registered in the UK on 1st November 2021. Since then, the Samba Bus has been treated to an extensive nut and bolt restoration, no stone was left unturned during the works taking it back to bare metal before being repaired and resprayed to a very high standard, at this time the engine and mechanics were also completely rebuilt. As such the Samba Bus now presents in excellent condition throughout with very few imperfections. In very good running and driving condition the Bus has covered little mileage since the restoration and comes complete with a history file detailing the works, many sundry bills, old Mot records, the current UK Registration document, and an Mot with no advisories valid until April 2026. Rarely do Type 2 21 Window models come to the open market in such excellent condition.
