1965 FORD CORTINA

An excellent example of the renowned Lotus Cortina Mk1 finished in the instantly recognisable plumage of Ermine White and Sherwood Green with an original and excellent black vinyl interior

With the previous custodian from 1984 to 2025, there are minimal recorded keepers which is a rare attribute for any vehicle of this age

Periods of residence in Belgium and France are recorded with an extended period over the Channel ending after repatriation earlier this year

Running and driving well, the car has clearly been well cared for and maintained as and when required

At some period in its life the Cortina was fitted with a KPH speedometer which has recently been replaced with a correct type MPH unit, however, for clarity the original KPH speedometer is supplied with the vehicle

Accompanied by an interesting history file that contains earlier registration documents, restoration photographs and paperwork that outlines its periods abroad

An older restoration that still presents extremely well to this very day
