2006 LOTUS ELISE

The Lotus Elise 111R was introduced in 2004 building on the success of the 111S, but most notably featuring the introduction of the 2ZZ 1.8 litre Toyota VVTL-I engine. A significant upgrade over the K-Series Rover engine previously used.

This new engine produced 189bhp giving a 0-60mph time of 4.9 seconds. The power was driven through a 6-speed gearbox and the car also featured servo-assisted braking with ABS, a first for the Elise model. Standard equipment for the 111R included a leather interior, sun visors, central door locking and a stereo with front and rear speakers.

This particular car was first registered in June 2006 directly to Lotus Cars Ltd at Hethel, and is believed to have been used as a company vehicle before entering private ownership.

Finished in the fantastic colour of Canyon Red (B117) with a complimenting black leather interior, this Elise stands out from the crowd. A black soft top completes the exterior styling. Specified with the Touring Pack, bringing additional specification to the car including auxiliary front driving lights, soft-top with sound and thermal insulation, electric windows, a stereo with front and rear speakers, interior storage net, sound insulation and a carpet set with a lightweight aluminium passenger foot rest. The interior presents in fantastic condition for the age of the car, and the steering wheel has been retrimmed in alcantara with a red 12'o'clock stripe.

A sports exhaust has been fitted, providing a fantastic sound track that matches the car perfectly.

Presented with a comprehensive and detailed history file, the car features an extensive service history documenting the mileage and ownership. Most notably, the car has received a recent and full exterior respray and as a result, presents in a fantastic condition as you would expect. The gloss black wheels provide a subtle contrast.

Having received an F service in February 2025, the car has been mechanically well maintained throughout its life, with new discs, pads and tyres having also been recently fitted. Upon sale, the car will receive an A service and be supplied with our comprehensive 12-month warranty for additional peace of mind.
