2006 PEUGEOT 807

Manual, 6 speed, 7 seat Peugeot 807 'executive'; model, which added a lot of toys and also the more powerful 136bhp 2.0 diesel engine compared to the standard 120bhp model.

It's done nearly 146k miles, and has a lot of wear and tear on the inside, and a collection of dents and scratches on the outside to show for it. But it starts and runs well, with 6 months MOT left (runs out 15 March 2026). The engine management light isn't on - it lights up with ignition (as per picture) but then goes out. It recently had a fault, traced to an exhaust sensor, now fixed.

New front shocks for the last MOT - only done 1000 miles since then. Front pads and discs a few thousand miles ago, so there's plenty of mileage there. And new rear calipers, to get the handbrake through the test (still not a brilliant hold on steep hills - it's always been a bit rubbish). Good tyres all round - plenty of tread depth. Clutch and timing belt replaced about 5 years ago, clutch still has plenty of life in it.

The 2nd and 3rd row seats can be removed for van-like capacity. And right now it has nearly a half tank of diesel in it - that's about £60 included in the price.

- dual climate control, though the air con lost its puff over the summer. Nice and warm for the winter though.

It used to have a diesel pre-heater but this started to leak water so has been removed. Another Peugeot design feature not suited to our weather - running the coolant pipes down to the underside of the car.

The spare wheel carrier is gone, goodness knows where, but I can include a 5th full size alloy in the deal.

The drivers seat base has been replaced with a new one as the original fell to bits. so this is like new instead of crumbling out bits of foam the way most do at this mileage.

Fitted seat covers on this and the passenger side, removable for cleaning. The rear seats are fairly clean but there are some signs of chewing, where the previous owner's dog has had a go at them.
