Here we have a Stunning Professionally converted 3 Berth Motorhome. The base vehicle is nice mileage 89k, 2018 2.0 Blue HDI, Euro 6 130 ps All panels are clean and straight The thought process internally was to create a spacious 3 Berth Motorhome with bright and airy feel, we have done this van very much as a Motorhome as opposed to Camper van. The spec is very good With SarGent power management system, 12v/240v with a 200W Solar panel on the roof to keep Leisure battery topped up if you wanted to go off grid or just to keep topped up while on the drive. The van has split charge system and also mains hook up and charges from all 3 sources into the brand-new Leisure battery. All simply controlled from a neat and simple EC50 Control panel. We have put a Malaga Gas / Electric hot water boiler system in so has hot and cold water and shower. The toilet room is spacious with Tamber door to maximise room and a fold away sink and vanity unit. The heating in the van is provided from a plummed in diesel heater.. The lounge / Dining area is in the rear has a removeable Dining table so to relax of an evening and is plumbed for TV With sockets and Aeriel port fitted. The table neatly fits into the centre of the rear lounge in order to make the rear section into the double bed that is very comfortable. The windows and blinds throughout are sunken fit that gives a real nice finish and are 3 way with tinted glass, fly screen or blackout and of course are all opening. The lighting is tasteful and plenty full with lead lighting throughout with reading one touch ceiling lights also over the rear lounge / bed area. We have had an awning light fitted over the rear door and also an outside Gas BBQ Outlet under the light for Alfresco dining. The Garage / Rear area of the van is designed for Storage and has the waste master neatly stored along with the table and table leg. There is plenty of room for chairs, wheel blocks etc and probably enough room for bicycle with the handlebars turned sideways. There is a full legnth awning also fitted to this van The Kitchen area has a nice feel with Thetford Duplex oven, 2 Burner hob and sink and a Nomadic Ark 50l Fridge with freezer box.
