2003 HONDA S2000

I’m reluctantly having to sell my beloved S2000 after nearly 7 years of enjoyable ownership. I wanted to keep it as a forever toy but I now don’t have the time to use it enough and I’d rather have someone else appreciate it.

Currently it is showing just under 100k.

It has had only 2 previous lady owners from new and is in good overall condition for its age. It has some cosmetic wear to the seats and interior as you would expect of a 22 year old vehicle but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Everything works though the aircon could do with a recharge.

It is 100% standard, including the original radio (with code) and has none of the usual modifications.

It’s always been serviced on time and I have had it serviced every time at a Honda dealership (except the Covid year when it was closed).

I have the original service book, continuation service book, manual and receipts from my time of ownership. ULEZ compliant, if you can believe it.

In 2022 I had the rusty rear wheel arches cut out and new sections fitter at a local specialist. The work is fully documented with photos.

In the time I’ve owned it I have done the following;

- Alloy wheels refurbished, with 4 good Toyo Proxes

- New cam chain tensioner (the permanent fix type)

- Brake calipers all round

- Brake discs & pads all round

- New roof fitted in Nov 2018 (has glass heated screen)

- New rear wheel arches fitted in 2022

- Extra gearbox oil change (in addition to normal services)

- New battery in 2024

- 15 Honda dealership stamps, 5 independent

- Last serviced in June 2025 at Trident Honda Ottershaw.

- MOT to 12 June 2026

The S2000 is an appreciating classic and I would prefer that it would go to an enthusiast who will do the right thing with it.
