1983 Citroen

Where have they all gone? These very handy and capable Citroen vans were a common sight on our roads for many years – but when did you last see one?

Here we have a factory fresh example that has covered only 3,600 dry miles from new. It is completely original and as new throughout with no discernible sign of wear anywhere. All factory stickers remain in place, even the rare tyre pressure one on the front wing. The rear compartment has clearly never been used for purpose, the paint remaining unmarked in there and the front compartment, seats etc similarly look unused and it retains that new car smell.

Bought new from Citroen dealer Freeborn of Southampton, as noted on the original rear window sticker and number plates, the van was bought and then stored for many years by the original owner. A second owner bought the car with the intention of using it but upon collection he realised it was just too good for his purpose hence it remained in store.

It comes with full book pack and history file along with the original unworn tyres, a new set having been fitted due to age.

What a lovely nostalgic thing to have about and eminently practical for light practical duty in its retirement or to go and win some car shows with.
