The Morgan Supersport is built on the latest CXV aluminium platform, offering increased torsional rigidity over previous generations. The body panels are hand-formed aluminium mounted to a traditional ash-wood frame. Driver can choose between a lightweight carbon-composite hard-top or a classic mohair soft-top.

The bodywork was redesigned using modern aerodynamic modelling to reduce drag and lift, improving high-speed stability and overall handling balance.
