1996 Porsche

This left-hand drive 1996 Porsche 993 Carrera RS Comfort is a wonderful car and represents a very rare opportunity to acquire a very collectable example of one of the greatest Porsche 911s of all time.

First registered in Germany, it came to the UK in 1999 and has a fully documented history, including a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche. It had one owner in Germany and four in the UK.

It is finished in flawless non-metallic black with a grey and black leatherette interior. Factory options include hard-backed Sports seats, air-conditioning, electric windows and a front strut brace.

The wheels are gorgeous gold-painted Cargraphic items. Original-spec Speedline wheels can be supplied at extra cost if desired.

The car has been with the same owner for ten years and has lavished money and attention on it, Most of the work has been done by respected Porsche specialist Tognola Engineering and is documented. In July 2013, it was treated to over £9000 of work in preparation for the Porsche 911 50th Anniversary celebrations at Silverstone. This work included a full glass-out respray to a very high standard, the cam covers were replaced, the interior refurbished, the wheels polished and a full service carried out. A non-airbag RS steering wheel was fitted at the same time, and the original wheel is included in the sale. New Bilstein dampers were fitted in 2006.
