This wheelchair vehicle is a 2017 (17 registration) wheelchair accessible Ford Grand Tourneo Connect Titanium with the 1.5 TDCi diesel engine and automatic gearbox. It has had two owners in total from new and it comes with service history and we will have a full service, MOT and the automatic gearbox serviced as well. It has covered 18,600 miles from new (just over 2,320 miles per year!) and it is finished in metallic slate grey. The Ford Grand Tourneo has been converted for wheelchair access use by GM Coachworks Conversions; one of the leading converters in the country. They have lowered the rear floor and provided a automated tailgate and wheelchair ramp not more heavy lifting! There are wheelchair securing straps (front electric belts and rear manual belts) and a 3-point safety seatbelt as standard. The vehicle has five seats and ample space for a wheelchair or mobility scooter (see measurements below). You can also fold over the three rear seats if you need that extra bit of space for a large mobility scooter for example or perhaps just have one rear seat and fold the two over. Other specifications to this vehicle includes five doors - which also include an up and over powered tailgate - providing some shelter in the rain. We have reverse sensors which help with vehicle manoeuvring and parking. There are electric front and rear windows as well as electric mirrors (which do fold). This wheelchair vehicle has a DAB radio as well as Bluetooth connectivity. We have two keys (one remote for the tailgate & ramp) and remote central locking. There is air conditioning - a useful tool whatever the season. We also have driver, side and passenger airbags. Also we have alloy wheels and cruise control.
