1989 ASTON MARTIN V8 VOLANTE

Owned by me for the past 25 years and stored for most of that time with local AM dealer,. My Series V EFi Volante has been used only for high days and holidays, and occasional long-distance trips to France. It’s finished in beautiful Buckinghamshire Green with matching green mohair power hood (with heated glass rear window) and its original green leather hood cover.

The interior is cream Connolly leather with green piping, complemented by an AM works special order specified PoW centre console. A Becker Mexico retro satnav/audio unit (v.rare) with electric aerial is fitted, together with electric mirrors and air conditioning.

The car comes with a large and well-documented history file, including all invoices, demonstrating significant and continuous investment. All mechanical and cosmetic work has been carried out either by Aston Martin main dealers or recognised marque specialists. Recent works are substantial, and the car drives exactly as it should.

Lighting has been correctly upgraded by AM specialist, with headlights, driving lights, rear lights and dashboard illumination (meaning the instruments are now visible at night(!) and the road ahead is properly lit, without compromising originality.

In short, with only around c.31 of these made, this is one of the rarest of the series and is a beautiful, well-maintained example of the last production run (1989 Series V) EFI Volante.
