Here we have our beautiful 1968 Mercedes 280 SL Pagoda. The best or nothing reflecting the brand’s philosophy and the car’s place in peak Mercedes design.

Our example is fresh to market for sale. We know this SL very well as we have cared and stored it for many years for the previous clients in our top on the range storage facility. Turnkey ready, this example is set for its new chapter. Only becoming for sale due to lack of use.

This stunning example has a massive portfolio of history, which is well documented with supporting photos. Most recent was at the SL shop in October 2024; we sent the car down for a full health check. £30,327 thousand pounds later it came back! A full comprehensive overhaul of the car was carried out, which included: gearbox, chassis legs repair, full service, steering, suspension, you name it. A full refresh of the car was carried out.

Money no object, this was their pride and joy of many in their collection.

Complete with the Pagoda hardtop, which is not in the best condition as it has never been restored and is original. Never used simply stored here. This car has only the seen sun roof down whilst in our care.

Previously black many years ago, the paint work looks amazing now finished in silver grey matched with red hide to complete the look.

We are a closed showroom operating an appointment only basis. For security reasons, no access unless an appointment is made to view a car we have for sale. Our storage section is completely closed off to the public unless you’re a customer.

We kindly ask that you arrange an appointment first to view before setting off making sure this car is still for sale and a deposit has not been taken. All cars are fully inspected, and come with 12 months MOT. Our cars are HPI clear & checked. We welcome any independent inspections and have all facilities available to do this in our indoor premises.
