This success on the world stage inspired Aston Martin to create a road-going model that distilled the spirit of its GT3 race car into a truly exclusive production run. The result was the GT12, unveiled at the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show, and immediately recognised as a future icon.

The GT12 features extensive motorsport-derived engineering. Its bodywork incorporates carbon fibre front wings, bonnet, splitter, rear diffuser, and a dramatic rear wing, trimming roughly 100 kg from the standard Vantage while sharpening aerodynamics. Beneath the bonnet sits Aston Martin’s ferocious 5.9-litre V12, paired with a full titanium exhaust system that produces one of the most evocative soundtracks of any modern performance car. Delivering around 591 bhp through the Sportshift III seven-speed transmission, the GT12 channels its power with remarkable precision thanks to a widened track, reworked suspension, and immense carbon-ceramic brakes.
