1969 Lotus

Aluminium panels, green wings and nosecone. HOLBAY engine upgrade with twin 40's.

This car has undergone a nut and bolt ground up restoration with the mantra being to refurbish and overhaul where possible but to replace with as close to original spec. where necessary. Work has included a replacement body/chassis, new rear wings of the correct profile, new wiring loom from Caterham, replacement shocks/springs and refurbishment of the gearbox and back axle. The only work of any significance required to complete is the fitting of the weather equipment - hood, tonneaus and doors. These are mainly in a serviceable condition although the doors need work. As some new owner may choose to replace rather then refurbish, I thought it best to leave this as their decision and have reflected this on the asking price.

MOT in place. Please note that this car will need running-in. Consequently, the engine ratings have had to be sourced from the internet and are not from actual testing so treat as a guide only. Mileage is actual and has not been reset after engine rebuild.
