Dream spec 340i M Sport

Genuine low mileage and well cared for 340i M Sport with great history and a fantastic set of optional extras.

After a long search I bought this car in 2024, I wanted a M Sport but didn't want an M-Performance bodykit. It's a bit shouty and I wanted a subtle express.

I have since debadged it (apart from the M badges on the flanks) and changed the fat chrome tail pipes for less obvious M-Performace style grey carbon tips. The exhaust remains standard and I have the original chrome tips, which will come with the car.

Modifications:

Don't panic, this is a standard car bar a few minor improvements.

Engine is completely standard; I was planning to remap the car but 322bhp was actually plenty enough for me so I didn’t bother in the end.

What I did do was sort out the less than perfect suspension BMW gave the car.

Swift Performance (a late model BMW specialist in Buckinghamshire) fitted AC Schnitzer spec Eibach springs, Bimmec wheel spacers, Powerflex suspension mounts, Diff carrier inserts and did a full alignment.

These minor modifications genuinely transform the car; better ride, better grip, better handling and looks a bit better being 30mm lower at the front and 20mm lower at the rear.

I have the original springs (changed at 31k miles) these will come with the car.

The car has been fitted with a genuine BMW black grill, when I bought the car it had a chrome grill. I still have this and again it comes with the car.

This really is a fantastic example of a low mileage 340i with solid service history, a rare spec and in great condition.
