Reason for removal: Irrespective of whether your engine has 10,000 miles or 100,000 miles, the old rubber seals of the 1990s are nothing compared to the synthetic rubber seals of modern today. This may have been over the top but to respect the car and its systems this was not an option.

Turbos fully reconditioned.

Custom oil return kit fitted to prevent oil return.

Engine fully removed and serviced.

Cam, timing cover, and seals replaced.

Engine deep cleaned, with all hardware and tinware cadmium plated on reassembly.

Exhaust fully aqua blasted; brand-new clamps and joints installed.

Gearbox separated from engine.

New case seal installed.

Clutch release, plate bearing, and dual-mass flywheel replaced with new components.

Suspension & Underbody

Underbody fully deep cleaned and protected using Car-Ban23 (corrosion inhibiting compound).

Front and rear suspension aqua blasted prior to assembly.

New Holstein (Porsche) shocks and springs fitted.

Rear drop links and brake lines replaced.

Wheels & Tyres

Alloy wheels refurbished in original Porsche silver.

New wheel nuts fitted.

Alloys fitted with Michelin type N3 tyres.

Air Conditioning

New condenser and evaporator installed.
