It has the first signs of bore scoring but not desperate for and engine rebuild yet it may go another 5000 miles or it may go another 10000 miles but as and when it needs doing we will rebuild the engine at a capped cost of 5k with no miles or time limit duting the buyers ownership

Great opportunity to buy at a reasonable price and enjoy for the summer and then get it into us for the rebuild later in the year.

We would need it for 5 to 6 weeks to complete the rebuild this will include new liners and pistons on cylinders four five and six new rings on all six cylinders heads overhauled plus all gaskets seals etc plus while the engine is out we check and replace any pipework that will need doing.

Re cylinders one two and three we have rebuilt dozens of engines and have never seen even the slightest signs of scoring however we do check and clean these prior to rebuild and we always replace the rings on all six cylinders.

You would be amazed at how many of these cars are being driven around or even for sale with similar issues with the owners unaware but we bore check our cars when they come in even if they havnt got any symptoms hence we know this one has scoring.

Its a fabulous driving car with phenomenal performance and really nice looking.
