So I viewed 4 z3 before I found this example as many were very tired and rusty so after a few months searching I settled for this one, the car had previously lived in Spain ( not and import still a uk car ) for the first quarter of its life hence the underside was far cleaner than many I’d looked at, as illustrated in the photos of the underside. The car starts on the button and idles quietly as you’d expect from a bmw. I recently had the car serviced and all new discs and pads and rear shoes rebuilt.

The car drives nicely but with the firmer suspension and poly bushed arms its is a very firm ride and tram lines so isn’t for the faint hearted so please bare this in mind, it does however pull really well through each gear and can keep up with many modern cars.

I’d planned to have the gear linkage kit fitted to tighten up the gear selection so this will be included for the new owner. There is a discrepancy in the mot mileage as the clocks where changed when it developed a fault , all of which is backed up with paperwork from Spain in km and proof of the mileage which when worked out which is correct . The car overall is in nice condition , few small shallow dents here n there and 1 tiny spot of rust by rear passenger side arch , all the sort of things I’d planned to do and improve on but still presents really well as pictured but I’d rather describe the car accurately but bare in mind this is now a 25 year old classic car, but this is a nice example that can be enjoyed as is or be improved on to meet the new owners requirements.

These are fast appreciating classics but it rarely gets used anymore so I feel it’s time to let it go to a new owner.
