EXTERIOR

Finished in classic Porsche Guards Red this 981 Cayman looks fantastic against our studio backdrop. Even on very close inspection the paintwork is almost without fault aside from an expected dusting of very minor stone chips towards the front end. Both sides of the car are perfectly straight with no car park dings or scratches, and all the seals and trims around the body still look fresh. None of the wheels have any kerb marking, and with the slightly chunkier tyre profile the car rides extremely well. It was purchased from us by the current owners back in 2022 and of course we were only too pleased to have it back in the showroom.

INTERIOR

The stylish cabin is trimmed in special two-tone grey leather, and in line with the low mileage the upholstery is first-rate throughout. Over and above the optional Leather Package, the car is equipped with several other factory options including the Sport Chrono Package, Sound Package Plus, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with sat nav, mobile phone prep, and parking sensors front and rear (ParkAssist). There is no marking to any of the switchgear and in the footwells the carpets are still protected by the original Porsche overmats in matching Agate grey.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

This immaculate 2.7-litre Cayman is an absolute joy to drive. The mid-mounted flat-six sounds great through the desirable sports exhaust option, and the PDK transmission shifts seamlessly through the gears whether operated manually or in full auto mode. The car has been correctly serviced every two years and the first 3 services were all done at Porsche. The last service was completed only a few hundred miles ago in November 2025 and it included a brake fluid change.

HISTORY FILE

First registered in July 2013 this 981 Cayman looks and feels every bit the low mileage of 43k. All handbooks are present in the History File along with the spare key and V5C showing 4 former keepers. The accompanying service booklet is stamped 6 times, as follows:
