Description

This is not your normal Noble, almost every part has been developed and upgraded at a huge cost and time, approaching £200,000 has been spent on it (yes you read that right!)
I would describe it as a M400+ one friend called it a Caterham R500 with a windscreen, door and A/C.
It has power to weight ratio higher than a Mclaren F1.
The car has been flat floored and weight is 1020kg, but with fluids and fuel.
I can’t express how good this car is over a M400, it’s another level.
Let me be very clear this is not a race car, it’s road car, which will easily keep up with a GT3RS.
It starts every time, never over heats, air con keeps you cool, you can run the suspension soft on the road to soak up the terrible UK roads, or stiffen it right up.
It’s got pneumatic exhaust valves so your neighbours won’t hate you in the morning, repackable exhaust so you can actually go on track, it’s cheep to insure, cheep to service etc etc

Fully Built by Mountune, full block strip & build, using all new parts
600+bhp 530 tq (you could push it up to 700/700, with a few extra’s)

Upgraded baffed oil sump pan – (Designed by Kevin and he’s Noble runs super soft slicks and 1000bhp)
Jetstream light weight engine mounts and brackets, the rubber mounts are all upgraded due to the extra torque

6 speed H patten, quaife LSD, regular cut gears so it’s not noisy
Fully fresh rebuilt by DTB with less than 100miles
Fully upgraded, originally done a huge expense by gearboxman
Modified internals to better direct the oil on to the gears
Shot and Peaned harding of the main shaft and gears to make them stronger and then machined polished with steel cage bearings
Drilled and taped to take engine oil return line to the gearbox oil pump and front mounted gearbox cooler
Temperature sensor thermostat so the oil pump will kick in automatically if it gets to hot, with manual override on the dash
Alloy lighten flywheel
Balanced and lightweight AP organic clutch and modified clutch plate (it’s not a full race clutch, so it’s easy to use on the road and in traffic.)

Custom made upgraded cables using better components over the standard M400 with heat protection sleaving.

M400 style tunnel top with Italian leather gearshift & hand break gators (the M400 has cloth and it rips)
Custom left hand arm rest on the tunnel top designed to be the perfect height and foam density.
Custom right hand arm rest, designed to slot on top of the door pocket perfect for the motorway
