1998 MITSUBISHI LANCER

This listing is for my 98 Evo V RS that has been described by every expert who has seen it as a ‘true 1% car’. Evo experts C1-R placed it amongst the ‘top 10%’ of all Evos they have ever seen, and it does need to be seen to be believed. The first UK owner completed a full, no expense spared, ‘OEM+’ restoration of the car, which included a full catalogue of genuine Mitsubishi parts combined with rare and sought-after aftermarket parts as well as extensive zinc plating of factory parts. I have tried to continue the work, mostly focused on drivability, with the installation of a Quaife ATB front differential, and the interior with specially ordered genuine Bride seats and a custom trimmed Personal wheel. Altogether it stands as a truly special car, the paint glows, the sound is every part the 90’s rally icon and the whole car rotates through corners like nothing else. Whether it's at a meet, on the track or out for a cruise, it never fails to impress!

Engine uprated with forged rods and tuned by CPP. Rated at 380HP.

The car is set up in a ‘fast road/track day’ spec and feels incredible to drive. The most recent work has been a sports catalytic converter, so it passes MOT emissions with no problems and a full rebuild of the front diff to install a Quaife ATB limited slip. It drives every bit as good as it looks!
