History

Delivered on the 1st of September 2006 by Reg Vardy Nissan in Darlington, this 350Z has remained in the careful custody of its original owner for its entire life. It has been treated as a cherished possession rather than a daily driver.

The presence of the original Reg Vardy dealer number plates is the ultimate stamp of authenticity for the serious collector, a detail that simply cannot be replicated.

Body & Paintwork

Finished in the classic Gun Metal Grey, the paintwork retains a deep, mirror-like factory gloss that perfectly highlights the Z’s muscular, flared arches & classic sports car styling.

The exterior remains entirely unmodified & in excellent order.

The dealer-fitted mudflaps have done an excellent job of protecting the lower bodywork from road debris over the years.

Panel gaps are factory-perfect, the glass, lights & badging all present exactly as you would expect from a pampered, 12,000-mile vehicle.

The paintwork is entirely original throughout, having been confirmed by our paint depth gauge.

Interior & Trim

As can be seen from the pictures, the interior presents just as well as the rest of the car.

The seats are in great condition, with very little wear showing, the original 350z mats are still in place, the gear knob, steering wheel & handbrake are all in great condition too.

Interior door card trims have been finished in black gloss as they had the typical ‘sticky’ finish.

A really nice place to be with great ergonomics.

Engine

Under the bonnet lies Nissan’s legendary 3.5-litre VQ35 V6 engine. Naturally aspirated & entirely unmodified, it delivers its power smoothly, with a fantastic exhaust note that modern turbocharged engines simply cannot replicate.

As can be seen the engine bay presents beautifully.

Obviously, with such great care & servicing over the years, this example runs beautifully as you would fully expect.

Running Gear

The 350Z is celebrated for its balanced rear wheel drive chassis, & this low mileage example drives exactly as the engineers intended in 2006.

As per the rest of the car the running gear is in great condition.

Having covered just 12k miles from new, the steering & suspension feel composed, tight & responsive as you would expect.
