The 911 Carrera 3.2 Commemorative Edition was built to celebrate the production of 250,000 Porsche 911 models. Just 50 right hand drive examples were produced for the UK, of which only 30 were Coupes, alongside 10 Targas and 10 Cabriolets. These rare cars featured a number of unique details, including the beautiful Diamond Blue Metallic paintwork, a Silver Blue leather interior with Ferry Porsche’s signature embroidered into the headrests, and a high level of factory specification. Standard equipment included a short shift gear lever, sports suspension, colour coded wheel centres, electric sunroof, electric seats and the luxury carpet option. This example also benefits from the desirable G50 5 speed gearbox.

Finished in this iconic and rarely seen colour combination, this particular car has covered 109,000 miles with just four former owners and is presented in excellent condition throughout. It has been meticulously maintained, with 28 recorded services on file. The clutch was replaced at 91,000 miles and more recently, the car underwent an engine health check on the dyno at Chip Wizards with Wayne Schofield, confirming a strong 230 bhp output, highlighting the excellent condition of the engine. The car sits on its original 16 inch Fuchs wheels finished in body colour as it left the factory, now fitted with brand new premium Pirelli tyres all round. The original Blaupunkt Toronto stereo is still present and all electrics are working as they should.

The car is supplied with two keys, original book pack, stamped service books, original tool kit, compressor and a large folder of invoices, past MOT’s as well as a certificate of authenticity from Porsche confirming the original specification. An MOT has just been carried out resulting in a first time pass with no advisories. The 3.2 litre flat six pulls very well and the G50 gearbox shifts with ease, making this a very usable example of the iconic classic 911.
