2006 AUDI TT

The time has come for me to thin the crop of toys and due to never using it because I can’t bring myself to take her over 70k miles, my Misano Red QS is up for sale.

I know, these cars are for driving and what a hoot they are but the thought of taking her over that barrier makes my brain itch for some reason.

So I either keep her in storage and let her appreciate or mover her on.

The Quattro Sport is the most desirable of the mk1 TT’s being a limited run of 800 and numbers dropping by the week, this is firmly an appreciating asset, especially in the sought after Misano metallic red.

These cars stand out from the others by being the 1.8 20v Turbo unit for a revvy drive with the turbo whoosh but mounted into the V6 floorpan.

Easily distinguishable by the phantom black roof that was on all available colours, the V6 front bumper, honeycomb grill and rear diffuser and the V6 boot spoiler which is bigger.

They also came with unique wheels and suspension (lower than standard).

The key all important points.

BK06LRY is in unmolested and excellent condition, sporting only 68000 miles which is backed up by a comprehensive service history from main Audi dealer and specialists.

The car will be serviced again prior to sale for total peace of mind for the new owner including haldex oil and filter despite covering minimal miles since the last service.

This car also has the desirable Recaro Pole position seating in excellent condition, which in my opinion is far superior in both comfort and stability over the standard seats.

Currently has MOT and I will happily put a fresh one on it for the new owner regardless for piece of mind for both parties.

All QS specific Alcantara parts (steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake lever) are in excellent condition as is the headlining with no marks or sagging.

Zero bodywork rust, even on the roof rails which is a common area of concern.

I have been a bit of geek with this car taking various bits off such as the brake callipers and exhaust to repaint them (exhaust tips) and they are like new. Zero grime or brake dust.

Arch liners removed at the same time to clean and inspect. Original factory Underseal clearly visible and in excellent condition.

Correct cargo net (not the same as the 225 or 180 models

Car registered the very end of March 06 so literally the very last QS of the low tax bracket. A nice thing to be able to say.

The car is located just outside of Chester in the north west of England.

You will be hard pushed to find a cleaner and tighter Misano QS for sale, if at all, I genuinely mean that.
