1962 LOTUS SEVEN

A Cardiff vehicle that belonged to my late brother based on my sketchy knowledge of it, information found and observation. Acquired in 1979 (V5, 3520 PK) in a crash damaged state, he rebuilt and put it on the road running it seasonally until at least 2002 (MOT Cert). He belonged to the S Wales Lotus Club and attended shows/rallies I believe. Sadly for many years the car has sat outside and unused due to his health so is in a sorry state. Being rebuilt, I am unable to say how much is the original Lotus car so make to assertions of this. The engine in it does not appear to be a Cosworth but there is a Cosworth engine in the garage (assumed originally from it) which will come with the car. Imagine this will need a rebuild. The installed engine size stated cannot therefore be relied on, nor the mileage (from MOT). I had to put a price on it so chose £1,000 but am looking for the best offer from a brave soul looking for a challenge.
