2006 BMW Z4

For sale is my Interlagos Blue 2006 Z4 Coupe Manual.

Currently on 119,000 miles with near full-service history (book not stamped only between 2012 – 2015)

7 former keepers.

I have had the car for almost the last 7 years and have covered only 19,000 miles in that time. The car has been serviced meticulously in my time and has been carport stored. The last MOT/service was carried out in January.

Tyres are Goodyear Asymmetric 3 all round.

Notable service work carried in my ownership:

Front suspension refresh in 2021. Frustratingly I seem to have misplaced the garage fitting receipts but have receipts for the purchased arms and bushes (£400).

Rear suspension & underbody refresh in 2022 – Total cost £3200 (parts £1700, labour £1500). Please see bill for work carried out/parts fitted.

The car has almost the full list of available optional extras:

• Satnav

• Sport pack (seats, wheels, suspension)

Modifications:

• New number plates

• Stubby aerial

• Alcantara Steering wheel (Royal Wheels)

• Z4M style 224 wheels

• KW V1 coilovers

• Performance Exhaust mod (DLV exhaust) - perforated pipes replace wadding. Looks completely OEM but creates a deeper exhaust note.

Points to note:

• Some small bodywork marks commensurate with age (nothing major).

• Window rubber surround could do with replacing at some point.

• Wheels would benefit from a refurb. No significant curbing but paint reaction in a couple of small places (see photos)

• Interior has been wrapped. Could do with being refreshed.

• Front driver arch is starting to show rust. This has been present for 6 yrs, but has been so slow moving I just never got round to sorting.

• Front fog lights starting to mist/mould (common fault). These have been tinted to hide the defect but I would likely replace if I was keeping the car.
