1995 VOLKSWAGEN CORRADO

JG Classic and Performance is proud to present Collette our 1995 Volkswagen Corrado VR6 with only 73889 miles and finished in Classic Green Pearl over black leather interior. She was supplied new to Grouville Jersey on the 6th of October 1995. Sold new by Five Oaks Garage Trinity Jersey Collette lived in Jersey until her arrival in the UK in 2022. With some meticulous digging and paper work reading we believe she had 3 private owners in Jersey until her export in 2022 which she has since had only 2 keepers with the last owner buying her off the importer in 2023. Presented with 15 service stamps, 14 of which being in Jersey and a bundle of past invoices this is a nicely maintained example of one of these cars. Furthermore the previous keeper, a die hard VW enthusiast, has put his heart into restoring this car into what I must say is a superb example. Undertaking a 6 month full glass out bare metal respray, wheel refurb, trim improvements and various mechanical works to make this what is possibly the best available in this price point. There is a detailed photo album of the bodywork's and the underside is also superb having new sills just because. On the mechanical front the VR6 is silky smooth with its distinctive sounds bouncing off any nearby landscape and the handling is improved thanks to brand new KW coilovers specifically ordered in black to look OEM but an improvement on what is now old VW technology. Now onto the 90s party feature to end all party features that speed controlled rear spoiler. Raising at around 50 MPH but also manually operated to show that car behind you mean business, the spoiler is working just as it did in October 1995. Being a nicely specified Corrado it also has 15" Speedline alloys and full leather front heated seats a useful addition should you need to drive the car on a colder day, although when you see it I very much doubt you'll be using this at any point over our stunning UK winters! Overall what more is there to say. A highly loved, respectable mileage, nice ownership, fantastic condition 90s hot hatch.
