2007 BMW 118i SE 5dr 2.0L E87 PETROL AUTO BLUE WATER METALLIC, Leather upholstery FSH

This car was originally supply by BMW Dealership Sytner of Solihull and has been owned by the same family for 18 years. In blue water metallic with matching pale blue leather upholstery. It is a genuine low mileage rust free example with just 35,800 miles and comes with a full service history from new with the dealer service book with all the main dealer service stamps, all the original owner manuals in their original leather wallet and two keys, plus the receipts for the work I have had done on it. It has a 100% MOT pass rate and is a very well cared for example. It is a pre LCI model with the original hydraulic power steering and the lively 2.0L naturally aspirated petrol engine makes it a joy to drive.

I bought the car in August 2025 intending to use it as a winter run around but it turned out to be a much better car than I thought it was.

Since it’s been with me the following work has been carried out.

Safety recall to replace the drivers airbag has been done (April 2025) by BMW main dealer.

Full service September 2025, new air, oil filter etc

Front brake pads replaced

Sump pan gasket replaced

Rocker cover gasket replaced

Gearbox gasket replaced and full automatic gearbox service so no leaks!

Rear diff has undergone a complete rebuild with new bearings, seals, oil, gaskets etc because it was making a whining noise

New rear wiper motor

All the work has been carried out by a leading south east independent BMW specialist, who told me they have never had one drive as tight as this for its age, like a new car.

Everything works as it should, knobs, switches, radio, electric windows and mirrors and aircon is icy cold, just what is needed in time for summer.

The car has also been upgraded from the standard BMW 16inch 229 V spoke wheels to genuine BMW 17inch 207m double spoke M Sport wheels, fully refurbished, stripped powder coated and repainted. (For the asking price I will include the original 16inch wheels which are lightly kerbed but could be used as winter wheels)

The car was treated to a full detail and the paintwork has undergone a 2 year ceramic paint protection coating.

MOT until 29th Jan 2027, ULEZ compliant.

The only bad bits - age related stone chips around the front, plastic air vents are faded (a common problem with this model, didn’t get round to getting them painted) and a tiny kerb scrape on the nearside rear wheel which is difficult to show in photos.

This is a beautiful low mileage example of this first generation baby beemer which are becoming increasingly difficult to find.

I’m confident you will not find a better one anywhere.

The only reason I am selling is because I recently had the opportunity to purchase a rare 130i and I can’t afford to keep both so this one sadly has to go.
