1991 BMW 3 SERIES

1991 BMW e30 coupe 316i lux. Fully restored in 2022 by previous owner but was in good condition before the work, never been rusty or welded and is completely rust free. It has done 4k miles since the recondition, all of which were dry summer miles with the car being stored in an environment controlled airchamber when not in use. It's never been wet since the recon.

The reconditioning included:

2022

*Full bare shell respray (sprayed with all panels off the all panels sprayed before refitting, epoxy primer base, high build primer, BMW Brilliantrot red, 3 coats of anti-scratch lacquer using premium products).

*Full under body treatment and underseal including arches (original undercoating completely removed and then treated and sprayed with 2x coats of raptor seal).

*New brakes all round (discs, pads, stone guards).

*Brand new wheels and tyres all round.

*Carpets removed and dyed black

*New polybushes front to back

*New brake lines, brake pads + discs + backing plates.

*New brake shoes, drums, cylinders and fitting kit

*Copper brake pipes

*New handbrake cables

*New front wheel hubs/bearings

*New front control arms

*New front strut mounts, new springs, new shocks

*New rear strut mounts, new springs, new shocks

*New shock dust covers

*New driveshaft coupler

*New track rod ends

*GRP sunroof

*New speakers

*New Sony CDX GT210 head unit

*DTM style exhaust backbox

2023

Full large service including cam belt and all other belts, tensioner, water pump. Interior fan motor replaced.

2025

New radiator

Car is located in Dundee area, Scotland. It drives great, I know many would plan on a larger engine but the 100bhp light weight 4 pot is really good fun actually. Car comes with either the standard interior as per photograph or the same but recaro front seats with mild damage.
