Fisher Performance Cars are delighted to offer this unrepeatable 1999 MINI John Cooper Limited Edition for sale to the open market. The vehicle is finished in Brooklands Green over Grenadine red leather upholstery.

The John Cooper Limited Edition represents the ultimate evolution of the classic Mini Cooper. Built at the very end of production and upgraded by John Cooper, these cars combine iconic styling with improved performance, fuel injection reliability and enhanced refinement. Produced in small numbers, they are now highly sought-after collector cars and considered one of the most desirable late-build Minis.

This particular vehicle has been owned by it's last owner since February 2010 and has been fully, lovingly restored in that time. Below we have listed the extensive restoration works carried out in 2016 which totalled £19,608!!

Extensive Bare Shell Restoration carried out by Dereks MINI Centre

- Fully stripped to bare shell

- Front panel, bonnet, both wings and both A-panels replaced

- New scuttle panel and scuttle closing panels

- Door step replaced

- Floor sections replaced including sills and jacking points

- Quarter repair sections fitted

- Offside complete wheel arch replaced

- Boot floor skin including battery box replaced

- Rear valance and boot floor stiffeners replaced

- Rear companion boxes replaced

- Main bulkhead repair section fitted

- Top dash rail replaced

Additional works carried out:

- Inner wing repairs and corrosion removal

- Engine and front subframe removed, repaired, cleaned and painted

- Front subframe crack repaired, blasted and painted

- Engine bay components cleaned and refinished

- Injection loom replaced

- Rear subframe removed and replaced

- Shell fully etch primed, stone-chipped and repainted

- Panels painted separately for quality finish

- Underside fully stone-chipped and painted

- New brake lines fitted (silicone brake fluid)

- New headlining fitted

- Fully reassembled with new hardware throughout

In addition the above, there is a huge history file that accompanies the car containing every parts invoice, every MOT, old tax discs, the original book pack, service book, brochure, radio code card and more!

The vehicle presents in truly superb condition overall with all features in full working order, therefore performing and driving exactly as it should.

The car will also be supplied with a fitted indoor car cover, and a new set of new carpet mats. It is also worth noting that the MINI is shod with a matching set of Yokohama tyres with plenty of life in them!

We provide a 6 month warranty with all vehicle sales, included in the purchase price of the car. A standard admin fee of £99 applies to all vehicle purchases. This is to cover the cost of all provenance checks to ensure the car your buying has no adverse history. We will waive this admin fee if you opt to take out an extended warranty, for most cars this is charged at £399 for every 6 months additional cover
