2008 CATERHAM SEVEN

Caterham R500 2008 chassis #10.

2L Duratec 263BHP with Quaife sequential gearbox.

Last owner for nearly 7 years.

7,250 miles, may increase very gradually (depends on the weekends weather). Has been gently pootled around track a few times in my ownership but had never been tracked before and has never been raced.

A couple of years ago it went off to Boss Racing to sort out an oil weep and when they took the engine out, they found a little galvanic corrosion in the bottom of the chassis/skins so it went of to Arch to have the chassis renovated and reskinned, It then went to Tony the Brush at TSK to have a full respray in Roulette green (the log book still has it as orange). Before the engine went back in it was stripped and had a full check over and refresh by Boss. Feel free to reach out to Boss to verify.

The car has done less than 100 miles since the engine refresh.

It has all the boxes ticked with lots of carbon, shift lights, sequential box, traction, brake bias, plumbed fire, rear exit track day exhaust, Kevlar Tillett’s, lowered floors (I am 6’4”). It even has a heater! The Reg plate will go with it, though, of course, it’s an S3 not SV.

I also have a carbon air box, double D cage, screen, and some soft stuff for it by separate negotiation. Also I have a tidy race shuttle3 that I think that I won’t need any more and will be available at extra cost.
