Description

Originally delivered in May 1970 to Frankfurt, Germany, this is a lovely early Porsche 911 with a great sense of character and period charm. Its factory specification remains both simple and appealing: Albert Blue Black Leatherette Interior Rubber Buffers on Bumper Horns ''Instruments & Oil Tank'' to S specification Becker Europa Radio Tinted Glass Chrome Wheels (5.5 x 15) The car was acquired by its current owner at the RM Sotheby's Essen sale in 2019 for just under £94,000. Although it came without accompanying history, it stood out as a well-presented and strong-running example. Since then, it has been enjoyed sparingly - used as these cars should be - and maintained by respected specialists including Prestige Autocare, Tower Porsche, and Hexagon Classics. Ahead of being offered for sale, the car was inspected by Autofarm to provide further reassurance. The feedback was very positive, with only a small number of items addressed to ensure it continues to drive and present at its best. On the road, it delivers exactly what you'd hope for from an early 911 - light, engaging, and full of feel. It's the sort of car that encourages you to take the long way home. For anyone looking for an honest, characterful early 911 to enjoy, this is a really cracking little car! As ever, if you'd like to arrange an appointment, then please do get in touch and we would be more than happy to make arrangements!.
