This ones come through Motability, so its been looked after properly, not just run into the ground. Full service history, two keys, one owner - basically, no drama. And well stick a fresh MOT and service on it as well, so you dont have to start your ownership with a headache.

Oh - and its automatic. Which, lets be honest, once youve had that, going back feels like punishment.
