Overview:

Purchased from specialist 'RPM Technik' in September 2023.

finished in Jet Black Metallic, with the desirable 918 carbon bucket seats. Always garaged and driven on nice days.

The car was specified with many great options. The original purchaser went all out with the cow hide, with just about everything covered in black leather and contrasting red stitching.

The paint is protected with FULL PPF

Since owning the car I have carried out the following:

- Wheels refurbished in factory silver with new centre caps. Shod in Michelin Cup 2 tyres which have plenty of life left in them.

- The car is set up to understeer from factory. But with its fully adjustable suspension this is easily rectified. The car went to Porsche specialist Parr, who carried out a full Manthey fast road set up including corner weighting and ride height adjustment.

- Manthey Front brake pads also fitted, Manthey steel braided brake hoses and RF650 Brake fluid

- The only desirable option missing from the factory spec was Cruise control. This was been retro fitted and coded by Parr.

- To bring the car up to date, the car has been fitted with Apple car play/Andriod Auto using the popular Mr12volt upgrade.

- Upgraded Chrome style fuel cap

- Last winter the car had its from bumper repainted, due to a few stone chips and screw holes due to number plate changes. After painting the bumper was detailed to perfection and then re protected with Xpel PPF.

- New lower front spoiler

- The Alcantara on the steering wheel was looking a little tired. So this was sent off to Royal Steering wheels to be refurbed in the factory material with a new '12 o Clock' marker in Gaurds red to match the rest of the cars stitching.

The car comes with 2 keys and original leather binder containing owners manuals. It also comes with an A4 binder containing every carried out to the car sine nearly new. It has always been serviced on time by either a main dealer or Porsche Specialist.

The car had its MAJOR service last summer. This was carried out by 'Precision Porsche' This was documented brilliantly by

them and is in with the paperwork.

The next service will be a minor oil change service that will be due in summer 2027

MOT expires September 2026

Points to note:

-The car has a small scuff on the drivers side front lower lip.

- Very small scuff offside front wheel

-It was noted at the last service that the brake disks have some slight corrosion, all though are within spec for thickness
