Lotus Elise S1

Owned since 2008, two previous owners with all invoices from new including certification of originality.

Reluctant but genuine reason for sale. Been racing Caterhams since 2020, since then car has been well maintained but limited use.

Car is very well setup and drives superb. The engine upgrade takes performance to a level (see old Evo write up) above and the car sounds superb with the upgraded exhaust and cams.

The honest bits:

The car has some stone chips to front bumper, the paint on drivers side mirror needs ideally painting.

There is some osmosis to the car. You have to look hard but it is there.

This is the perfect car for someone that wants a well setup car that has had in excess of £8k spent on it in the last 1000 miles. The pictures show it’s very presentable but not a garage queen that looks very nice but will need some big money spending on it as these cars are over 25 years old now.
