Following the use of the GTO name for the high-performance 599 GTB, Ferrari revived another iconic name for the track-focused F12berlinetta: Tour de France. Only 799 F12tdfs were produced for selected VIP clients. The F12tdf enhanced the already advanced F12berlinetta in several areas. Its 6.3-liter V-12 engine delivered 769 horsepower, making it the most powerful Ferrari of its time, apart from the hybrid LaFerrari.

The F12tdf featured an aluminum space frame chassis developed with Scaglietti, using 12 different alloys. This design made it 20 percent stiffer than the 599. Extensive use of carbon fiber also reduced the weight by an additional 110 kilograms. Power was delivered through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with shorter gear ratios and faster shifts. Carbon ceramic brakes from the LaFerrari provided stopping power for the nearly 800-horsepower V-12. The F12tdf was also the first Ferrari to come standard with four-wheel steering. Aerodynamic enhancements, including a taller rear wing and active rear diffuser, increased downforce by 87 percent compared to the standard F12berlinetta. These improvements resulted in a 0-100 km/h time of just 2.9 seconds and a reported top speed of 340 km/h.

This rare HK-registered example is finished in Giallo Modena over a tasteful Cuoio alcantara interior with carbon fiber racing seats.
