2014 LOTUS EXIGE

Lotus V6 Exige Roadster. 41k miles. Full specialist service history.

I've owned the car for 3 and a half years having previously owned an Elise for 5 years so I am now looking to move on to something different. The car is in great condition with a fantastic colour combo of black with gold wheels and a black leather interior with red contrast stitching.

This is the Roadster version of the Exige with a very slightly softer setup and more subtle looks than the coupe which makes it a fantastic for British b-roads.

In terms of driving the car is perfect. No knocks from the suspension and no slipping from the clutch. The gearbox is good (for a Lotus) and certainly a lot better than my Elise.

Tyres and brakes all have plenty of life left as these cars barely use consumable due to the low weight.

Recent work on the car (other than regular servicing) includes a rebuild of the air conditioning system including a new condenser and rebuilt compressor so it actually blows nice cold air. At the same time, the oil cooler and associated pipe work was replaced to fix a very minor oil leak so the car is now fully leak tight. I have never had to top up fluids between services.

There is a gap in the stamp book for 2023 and 2024 but I have receipts for the work done during this time and for some reason the garage didn't put a stamp in the book so it does have a full history.

The car is garaged and only driven in dry weather and kept off the road and on a battery conditioner over the winter.

MOT isnt due until February 2027 so the car is fully ready to be enjoyed over the summer.
