2008 MERCEDES-BENZ SLK

For sale:

I originally bought this car in 2014 and owned it over four years having to sell it to fund a project.

When I sold it then, it had just over 34,500 miles with full service history

During my ownership I had serviced it as follows:

28,500 miles All filters and oil including spark plugs (x16)

30993 miles Oil service including Gearbox oil, gasket and filter

33694 miles All filters and oil including front brake pads.

And prior to me, at 6256 miles, 12980 miles, 19493 miles and 23449 miles.

I sold it privately to an enthusiast, nice guy who understood about letting the oil get up to temperature etc

By chance, I saw it for sale last year and had to buy it back because it was a fantastic car, the type you always regret selling.

From 2019 when I sold it and 2025 when I bought it back it had done just 3,000 miles, the person selling was also an enthusiast different to the one I had sold to but equally cared for the car. The invoices from when I sold showed just how much they cherished it too.

June '20 Oil service 35203 miles

Nov '22 Oil service 36162 miles

Mar '24 Everything, oil, brakes, aircon, spark plugs, diff oil, coolant etc 37401 miles

May '25 Oil service with cabin filter 37904 miles

A total of £3000 to makes sure everything was perfect all the time.

Mileage today (will change a little) 39150 miles

All history documented with invoices, there are not many cars treated like this one which is why I wanted it back.

It is with sadness now I need once again to sell my car, things happen in life both unexpected and costly. I had not intended ever selling it having found it again.

The car is in great condition, with both keys.

Heating and memory seat (both)

Headlight cleaning and cornering illumination. Bi-Xenon

Cruise control

Speed sensitive power steering

Black tip AMG exhausts and bespoke X-pipe, literally silent when cruising and rowdy when you want it to be.

Key fob roof module, raise and lower roof from key (or just the windows)

All new tyres a 1000 miles ago (completely unmarked wheels too)
