1997 MARCOS MANTARA

1997 Factory built Marcos Mantara 2litre turbo.

Avus Blue Spyder.

I have owned the car since May 2021 when I purchased it from RedLine Sports cars in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

I'm just not driving it much anymore so its time to find a new owner.

I've done lots of jobs on the car over these past five years, some of which are:

Brakes totally overhauled front and rear with bigger discs etc. fitted at the front to improve overall braking.

New adjustable shock absorbers fitted front and rear (Protech)

Rear suspension fully polybushed.

New Aluminium radiator fitted with cooling fans remounted with new brackets.

New tyres all round, rears 2022 and fronts 2025, only done a few hundred miles.

Various cooling system hoses and clips replaced.

Chassis fully inspected, treated painted and protected in various areas that have required attention, no rot just surface rust.

Serviced regularly and all fluids changed out where required.

Always garaged and SORNed over the winter months and has never been out in the rain for more than a few minutes.

Lots of little jobs done too numerous to list here but I have a full maintenance history log and all receipts kept in a file that will come with the car.

The car drives well and has always sailed through its annual MOT which is due in mid July. The bodywork although not concourse is very good with just a few small chips/marks here and there as can be seen from the photos.
