Description

Matching Engine • Major Engine Overhaul by Porsche Specialist • Former UK Car • Guards Red
LHD- 282,000 KM - Registered France - perfect for European trips
A highly original and exceptionally well-presented left-hand drive Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 G50 Coupe, finished in its factory Guards Red specification with original forged Fuchs alloy wheels and accompanied by an extensive history file, independent expertise report and specialist maintenance documentation.
Supplied new by Porsche Offenbach in May 1987, the car was imported to the UK in 2000 and registered as DCZ 1719 before later being exported to France in 2014, where it remains today on French registration as DD-861-GM.
The car has benefitted from long-term enthusiast ownership and is currently maintained by Garage Peyraud in Verfeil, highly regarded Porsche classic specialists in the south of France.
Most significantly, the matching original engine benefitted from a major engine overhaul carried out by Garage Peyraud in April 2020 at 270,256 km. Works included engine removal and strip-down, replacement of piston rings, connecting rod bearings, timing chains, valve guide machining/replacement, full gasket set, spark plugs and associated labour. Invoice totalling €6,841 available.
The car has covered only approximately 11,800 km since completion of these works and continues to perform exactly as a strong Carrera 3.2 should, with excellent oil pressure, smooth power delivery and crisp throttle response.
The car also benefits from an upgraded Turbo clutch, Turbo tie rods and specialist-supported maintenance throughout current ownership.
This is a highly usable and mechanically sorted example of the sought-after G50-generation Carrera, combining originality, structural integrity and outstanding mechanical provenance.

Condition & Presentation
The car presents extremely well throughout with notably straight bodywork, excellent stance and highly attractive factory specification.
An independent expertise inspection carried out in January 2026 confirmed:
* excellent structural presentation,
* absence of visible corrosion,
* strong mechanical operation,
* and good preservation of the original interior and body structure.
The underside remains particularly honest and reassuring in appearance, avoiding the excessive concealment or heavy underseal often seen on restored examples.
The original interior retains the correct period character and factory feel increasingly difficult to find on many restored or modified air-cooled 911s.
Mechanically, the car benefits from specialist attention throughout current ownership and remains under the care of the same Porsche classic specialist responsible for the engine overhaul.
