2001 Lotus Elise S2 | Laser Blue | 2 Owners | Rover K-Series

2001 Lotus Elise S2 finished in Laser Blue with blue/grey interior trim. Highly original early Rover K-series example with only 2 owners from new.

I have owned the car since 2013 and it has been used sparingly throughout my ownership as a summer car rather than daily transport. Never used for track days or competition use.

Original UK supplied car. During my ownership the vehicle spent a period in France where it was dry stored before later returning to the UK and resuming its original UK registration. Over the last four years it has been kept in professional indoor vehicle storage in the UK.

Recently recommissioned for road use, passed a fresh MOT first time and is now taxed and ready to drive.

The car remains highly enjoyable to drive and retains the lightweight analogue feel that makes the early Rover-powered Elise S2 models increasingly sought after. Engine, gearbox and clutch all perform well and the car feels tight and responsive.
