Description
1972 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow finished in Caribbean blue with Dark Blue hide interior. Ordered by Rolls-Royce agents Mann Egerton Ltd of Derby on 5th April 1972, chassis number SRH13546 was to be Mann Egerton’s demonstrator and thus was ordered with many scarce options including; internally adjustable driver’s door mirror, Lucas fog lamps, head restrains to front seats and rear foglamps to name a few. This Silver Shadow was eventually registered in 1986. By the early 1990’s the car was owned by Mr Grandos of Deal, Kent and maintained by Weybridge Automobiles. In 1994 it was purchased by RREC member Mr Nichols of Gravesend, who has owned the car ever since. During his long ownership, the car was cared for by marque specialists Shadow Motorcars and The Chelsea Workshop. Invoices in the cars large history file are testament to its careful maintenance; the history file also includes every MOT test certificate since 1994 and complete driver’s handbook set. Offered after 32 years of same ownership and showing just 52,000 miles, which is commensurate with the cars condition, this beautiful Silver Shadow presents exceptionally well throughout and is sold fully serviced with 1 years MOT.
