1997 MERCEDES-BENZ C

This is a one in a lifetime opportunity to be the next custodian of this wonderfully maintained C240 Sport in Azurite Blue. I have had this for 7 months and enjoyed every moment driving and tinkering to make it better than it was. Bought from a lovely elderly gentleman who had since new (copy of original invoice included) and sadly decided to stop driving as he felt it was time. All carried out at Mercedes Benz of Loughborough where the car was originally supplied apart from latest service at Mertrux Derby.

As is normal with a car of this age, there are a few things that are not perfect. Tyres are old but plenty of tread. Rear differential was noted to have slight leak and slight oil leak on gearbox but not enough to cause concern, only an advisory on last MOT, however the last service on 01/06/26 they tightened the union and this seems to have fixed this leak. Brake hoses slightly deteriorated on front.

Previous owner had some paintwork done to front and rear bumper and front wings and treated slight rust on front and rear arches and two door edges. Paint match isn't perfect but only noticeable in certain light conditions. It could do with a full paint correction buff/polish to bring the shine back, but still looks pretty decent.

The car drives incredibly well, smooth gear change, and suspension feels great.

Comes with all original book packs and spare keys including valet key.

Interior looks brand new, and original over mats still in new condition! Even original first aid kit still present and unused.

Comes with full size spare wheel to match fitted alloys, and original jack and tool kit. This car has been loved its entire life and i will be sad to see her go. But i just don't have the time to use her as she deserves.
