2008 BMW 320i SE Coupe Manual – Honest Long-Term Ownership – MOT April 2027

BMW 320i SE Coupe finished in Metallic Black with black leather interior and 6-speed manual gearbox.

I have owned the car for the past 8 years and it has been a reliable and enjoyable daily driver for most of that time. Selling due to having purchased another car.

Current mileage: approx. 130,000 miles

The car drives well and is comfortable, solid and enjoyable to use. Manual gearbox feels good and the car still presents well overall for its age.

Honest condition description:

- Previously recorded Cat-N due to historic cosmetic damage

- Driver’s door dent

- Paint/lacquer damage on driver’s side

- Scratches and paint damage to front bumper

- Damage/scratches to rear passenger-side corner

- Various age-related marks, chips and small dents

- Wheels refurbished around 2 years ago and still in good condition overall, though with some bubbling and minor curbing

- Interior is in very good condition overall with some wear to the driver’s seat bolster and steering wheel

- No rust

- No warning lights

Mechanical honesty:

Previous symptoms were occasional stalling at low revs/gear changes and inconsistent running. Mechanic cleaned VANOS solenoids and fuel system components, which appears to have improved things significantly, though no guarantee can be made that the issue is permanently resolved.

The mechanic has since completed around 70 miles in the car without recurrence of the issue and it is currently driving well.

Partial service history.

This is an honest sale of a well-used but still attractive E92 coupe that would suit somebody looking for a usable BMW coupe at sensible money, or somebody familiar with older BMWs.
