EXTERIOR
One of only 1,300 Challenge Stradales ever produced, this beautiful left-hand drive example has driven just 25k miles from new. The Rosso Scuderia paintwork is very well presented and further benefits from the addition of a hand-painted Tricolore stripe beneath the lacquer, as per factory-equipped examples. The front end has been PPF’d including the headlights which are perfectly clear. All of the trims and seals are excellent, the carbon door mirrors are undamaged, and each of the wheels remain in perfect unmarked condition. The brake calipers are finished in rosso, and the front wings are adorned with factory Scuderia shields.
INTERIOR
The cabin perfectly captures Ferrari's lightweight philosophy, combining motorsport intent with Italian craftsmanship. The red and black Alcantara trim creates a dramatic and purposeful environment, with exposed carbon fibre and lightweight detailing throughout. Every control is positioned with the driver in mind, while the minimalist interior serves as a constant reminder of the car's track-focused origins.
As to be expected for the low mileage, the interior remains in excellent condition, displaying only signs of careful use. None of the switchgear looks or feels even remotely sticky – a common issue in Ferraris of this vintage – and we’re pleased to report that the air conditioning blows nice and cold. Complementing four-point harnesses in red are the final flourish.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The naturally aspirated 3.6-litre V8 produces an intoxicating soundtrack with razor-sharp throttle response, two defining characteristics of the model. Combined with the faster-shifting F1 transmission calibration and extensive weight-saving measures unique to the Challenge Stradale, the driving experience remains one of the purest and most engaging available from any modern Ferrari.
Despite the low mileage of only 25k, this particular example boasts an excellent Ferrari and marque specialist maintenance history that includes a full gearbox rebuild less than 700 miles ago. The car has been serviced 12 times and, for additional peace of mind, it will be supplied with a full belt service at the asking price, ensuring it’s ready to be enjoyed by its next custodian.
HISTORY FILE
Delivered new in Torino, Italy, in 2003, this left-hand drive Challenge Stradale has covered just 25,133 miles (40,447 km) and remains in excellent condition. Its provenance, desirable specification and careful preservation make it a particularly appealing example, and when it hits 25 years old in 2028, it will also be eligible for entry into the United States.
Increasingly recognised as one of the defining Ferraris of the early 21st century – and an undeniably hot commodity right now – the Challenge Stradale combines rarity, usability, and an uncompromising driving experience in a way few cars can match. Accompanying this stunning example are all the original handbooks, the complete Ferrari toolkit, tyre inflator kit, Ferrari torch, the original service booklet, a raft of invoices and documents, a spare key and remote fob, and the current V5C showing only 2 former UK keepers.
