Description
2003 Mk4 Golf R32
Reflex Silver
123k miles
Large and full service history - I have owned it since 2020 and have had it serviced and a lot of work done by a specialist (Glebe Autotech) such as
New Rocker cover gasket
New hard brake lines - Goodridge braided flexi brake lines.
Brembo calliper change at the front, OEM at rear. Original brakes are available with the car.
New thermostat and housing
New Water pump
New PAS hose (huge cost, had to buy new old stock)
New oil pressure switches
Chains were done at 96k along with clutch and flywheel. I can get them checked for the next owner on request but I have felt no need.
Black Leather interior - Heated leather has intermittent fault (I only drive it in the summer so it never bothered me to fix it)
KW V2 Coilovers
H&R ARB front and back
Polybushed throughout
Brembo Cupra R brake conversion. Brembo discs and pads done 4k ago.
Michelin PS4 Tyres all around, getting low, cant replace if wanted but still life in them
Miltek resonated exhaust with non res section available
Miltek manifold
De-Cat pipes
Conical Air filter
R36 injectors
Remapped by RTECH to a dyno’d 260, all receipts for the work
Oil Cap and Coolant cap from a Porsche 991
Interior switches upgraded to silver brushed items
Exterior
Minor restoration by Divine Auto Restorations - Photos available of the whole process.
New Wings
Front bumper smoothed to remove plinth holes
Bonnet taken back to bare metal
Doors removed, blended and re-lacquered
Mirrors repainted
Side Skirts removed and repainted
Surface corrosion at the bottom of the old wings behind the skirts removed and treated
Rear bumper and tailgate removed and repainted and appropriate blending done on the Rear quarters to remove tiny rust bubble on both sides
You *could* do the roof, but it doesnt seem necessary to me
Original wheels refurbished in Silver and new OEM centrecaps fitted
Full Front XPEL PPF fitted (bonnet, bumper, wings, headlights, grille)
It's also had a full detail. Can be ceramic coated at buyers request.
There are a couple of small marks here and there. Sod’s law, a week after I had all the paintwork done I marked the door getting into it. It has been touched in and polished to tidy it up. The roof liner is sagging, there is a lady in Wales that does them for circa £300, alternatively mk4parts on eBay has them come up occasionally for around £150
Intermitent fault now allowing the driver side seat heater to come on. I only use the car in the summer so I never use them, so it hasn't ever been an issue for me.
I could tidy these items up, but I simply dont have the time. Hence the mileage increases are so minimal between each MOT, I barely even get time to use it.
I am sure there are items I may have left out, but thats the bulk of it all
